Hallo,

Entschuldigung dafur!

Below a picture of the pump. Could somebody please tell me how/where to drain the old diesel/oil completely and put new oil in and which stick should i use to measure if the correct amount of oil  is in the pump? Which bolts should i use?

Vielen dank fur ihre zeit!

Mit freundlichen gruss,

Thomas

Hi Thomas,

As I can see from the picture you‘ve posted it seems your D430 was already equiped with the newer model of the injection pump. If so, there should be only one reservoir for both the injection piston and the regulator (blue circle to the left). In case there‘s a sperate reservoir for the regulator you should find an additional extra filling opening respectively for the regulator (blue circle to the right).

Anyways, you can simply use a suitable syringe with some fitting fuel hose, put it into the filling opening and extract the old oil/diesel emulsion. Afterwards re-fill with fresh motoroil, the correct filling level should be obvious with the corresponding measurement stick(s).

Kind regards,

Alex,
Thank you very much for your answer and the effort you put into it. I will try this on my tractor. Thanks again!
