what is the difference between aD358 and a DT358 turbo engine.I know the liners and pistons are and so is the oil pump.

Also will a 956 transmission take 125hp through it without problems.

No, I think that a 956 transmission is to weak for a 1255 engine.

The transmission in the trcators until the 1056 is made by IHC. The heavier ones are from ZF germany, the same as in Fendt 600er models or in Schlüter 1250 VL.

A lot of 1056 had have any trouble with their transmissions. In you case I would hold the 956, and if he have not enough power for your euiqment, then ist should be an 1255 or 1455.
