Sorry for writing in English.
I have a 523 that had not been running for years. I changed the engine, transmission and hydraulic oil as well as all filters. Soon after the engine started smoking (white) and with a poisonous smell (not really like diesel. Also, the engine oil level increased and oil became thinner. I have taken off 1-2 liters a couple of times. It accumulates over 5-10 hours. Oil pressure becomes very high and oil comes out at the oil filter.
It does not use any water. It seems to not use Hy-Tran oil although I was suspicious if this could run into the engine oil and cause the smoke and smell. Is this possible?
I am thinking that maybe it is because of diesel entering the engine. Could it come from the injectors, the fuel pump, other?
How can I troubleshoot this?
Hope someone have some input.
Best regards,
Anders, Dänemark
