Hallo 61er D324,
da der Glühwächter beim starten weiter glüht, ist da schon ein Fehler am Glühstartschalter bzw. am Glühwächter.
Vom Glühstartschalter 19 wird die Leitung am Glühwächter geklemmt, wobei der zweite Anschluss am Glühwächter zum Vorwiderstand geht.
Der Anschluss 17 vom Glühstartschalter muss den Glühwächter umgehen, so das der mit dem Ausgang vom Glühwächter, oder Eingang Vorwiderstand verbunden werden muss.
Ich habe mal auf die schnelle was gefunden, wo sich die Schaltung erkennen lässt.

Bei Dir sind zwar nur drei Glühkerzen verbaut, macht aber beim anschließen keinen unterschied.
Die Polarietät spielt keine rolle, es ist nur wichtig das jede Glühkerze ein Eingang und ein Ausgang hat.
