Glühwiderstand an den Kontrollleuchten

Hallo Mitstreiterinnen und Mitstreiter,

ich habe am Samstag angefangen, die Elektrik meines D 432 mal zu prüfen und zu erneuern. Dabei ist mir im Schaltplan ein Glühwiderstand zwischen den Ladekontrollleuchte und Kühlwasserkontrollleuchte aufgefallen. Bei meinem verbastelten Fahrzeug ist dieser Widerstand durch einen Sicherungsträger ersetzt worden, in dem eine 8 Ampere Sicherung sitzt.

Ich bin zwar elektrotechnisch vorbelastet, aber eben nicht aus der KFZ-Branche. Wenn ich das richtig deute, dient dieser Widerstand dafür, die Funktion der Kontrollleuchte bei Startvorgang nachzuweisen. Wenn der Glühwiderstand dann Betriebstemperatur erreicht, wird sein Widerstand so hoch, dass die Kontrolleuchte für das Kühlwasser erlischt, da sie über diesen Strang keine Masse mehr ziehen kann.

Hallo,

über den Vorwiderstand holt sich die Kontrolllampe Masse, damit sie vor dem Starten leuchtet.

Sobald der Motor läuft liegt am Widerstand 12 Volt an und die Lampe erlischt.

Bekommt der Motor Übertemperatur schaltet der Fühler gegen Masse und die Lampe leuchtet.

Bei dir würde dann abewr auch die Sicherung fliegen, da du jetzt über die Sicherung 12V direkt auf Masse schaltest.

Ich würde dort ein 30 Ohm 10 Watt Widerstand verbauen. Dann müsste die Funktion gegeben sein.
