Ihc 845 and 956xl same problem fwd turnet on?

Hello,i have two friends that have same problem with their tractors.

Both tractors have front wheel drive turned on allways,and cant be turned of.

Electromagnetic valve works on both models when they are turned on or off...either when they are off the tractor and connected directly to 12v they work fine...

Any other  suggestion,what to look for?

does the Brake Light work? The function is connectet to this.
